A new app has launched with a mission to redefine how beauty entrepreneurs manage, protect, and expand their businesses.

The new technology start-up, called 10outof10, promises to allow industry professionals to streamline their beauty businesses.

It aims to foster meaningful relationships between entrepreneurs and clients, making it easier for clients to discover and book services.

As part of this, the platform attempts to eliminate the need to juggle manual schedules and customer records, meaning businesses can "seamlessly manage appointments, track customer preferences, and optimise their services".

It also allows business owners to secure bookings with a deposit and in the case of disputes, will take charge of intermediary conversations to reach a resolution on behalf of the entrepreneur.

From a customer perspective, the app allows users to search for a treatment, read the full description of a service and details about the service provider, as well as read and make reviews.

With the ambition of "supporting entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams and build successful businesses", 10outof10 said it never imposes increased fees for bringing on new clients. It has no upfront costs, no subscription fees, and never hides what their charges are.

Sarah Lawrence, Founder and CEO of 10outof10, said: "At 10outof10, we are entrepreneurs helping entrepreneurs, fostering a community of like-minded individuals dedicated to growth and success."
